Water Leak - Urgent Help Please...

Post by *Z3R0* » Thu Sep 10, 2015 9:35 am

Hi Guys,

Need your help please, saw my water started leaking when I got home yesterday, had to put in nearly 3L of water this morning.
Can't really see where the water is leaking, either from the hose, or the plastic pipe running on the top.

Do you guys reckon it might be the hose or the plastic pipe? Should I rather just change both to make sure it doesn't leak again?
Need to fix this tomorrow or the weekend, can't drive like this.

Is there a radiator place in Isando/Aeroport that someone knows of that could maybe have a look for me today?
It would you be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

LJ

Ya lucky you.

Ok I replaced the hose clamp with a better one and it is still leaking water.. checked the pipe, all good, so must be the plastic that has a hairline fracture in it so it leaks under pressure?
Any temporary fix that I can try until the weekend??

hey tjom, try indian powder by midas vir n temp fix.

So dit is nou die oplossing

Glad you got your car home and solution sorted.
Would like to see the pics of the final item before you fit it?
