Cool Boost Systems launching soon!

Post by Umlungu » Wed Jul 22, 2015 2:03 pm

Just an FYI.....

Cool Boost Systems are launching soon!

The features alone in the kits have converted every DevilsOwn installer/ dealer in SA alone.
Chatting other installers of other brands have already shown interest in migrating across to the locally assembled products.
Controllers are currently under testing and after 2 weeks will conclude and the production will run.

The Water Methanol pumps are the highest Flow vs Pressure in the world at 300PSI at 1GPM.

Systems come in 4 variants, namely:
Stage 1 Basic - Non Progressive
Stage 1 - Non Progressive
Stage 2 - Progressive
Stage 3 - Progressive

They all systems besides the basic will have Fail Safe and test/prime features.
The fail safe input monitors line pressure unlike other WMI brands which monitor flow which have no ability in detecting line leaks or failed pumps or blown fuses.
The Pot positions on the Stage 1 and 2 controllers have the set and forget feature, so you turn the Pot/s to the desired boost activation and Max areas and set the values which become permanently stored in the controller.
From there the pots can be readjusted but no change will happen until they are re-set into the controllers non-volatile memory.

The Stage 3 controllers are 50mm pod gauges with large White LCD displays, which will have descriptive menus for the complete control of the WMI system in every aspect.

The nozzles we opted for are the non conical spray type to achieve maximum surface area(DevilsOwn had great success which these same nozzles before migrating over to their own patented design but offer the exact same misting and surface area as ours)

The systems will be incorporated into the vehicles via the following possible inputs:
*MAF Sensor input(0-5v and Frequency based both supported)
*External MAP sensor input
*Internal Integrated MAP sensor input
*RPM (coil driven input)
*Injector Duty Cycle input
*Throttle Position Input
*Any other 0-5v input

Launch date will be in about 3 weeks, all our demo controllers are currently in use for testing.

DevilsOwn is the cheapest WMI kit in the world, so my aim is to take that position(well in SA that is).
When I start exporting the systems the Cool Boost.co.za will be in USD, but the local sales will be through Devils Parts.
The pricing that I have worked out so far (excluding the controllers production costs) already indicates that the kits will be between R500 cheaper on the Stage 1 kits and around R1000 cheaper on the Stage 2 kits.
The Stage 3 kit will be "premium kit" which will carry a higher price tag due to the gauge pod design and production which will probably closely mimic the current DevilsOwn stage 2 pricing of around R5700.
The best part about these kits is that they are locally assembled, only international items are the nozzles, fittings and pumps.
Everything else is SA, and to my standards of quality.
