clutch position sensor (located behind clutch pedal) green wire on wotbox

you'll have to tap into the green and blue wire, there are three of them, look for thickest one(it also runs to all of the coil packs)
You'll have to split the cable in two, the section from the PCM gets connected to the red wire(wotbox) and the section from the coil packs gets connected to the black wire(wotbox).

Image

Thats the RPM pickup, you want to use the black and brown wire from injector 5, you can tap into this further down the harness(yellow wire from wotbox connects onto this)

Unfortunately i cant help you with the tps, i'll have to remove my accelerator pedal to get a pic of the connection.
If your pedal is removed, step on it with the ignition on and test each wire with a multimeter until you get the correct one, it should read 0 volts with the pedal up and 5 volts with the pedal depressed.
