RS Wheels on ST225

Postby in10sive » Wed Jan 21, 2015 1:38 pm

Hi

I can get a set of RS Wheels - is it a straight fit, is the ET the same accross the 2 models, don't really want to mess with spacers etc.

Thanks

Get hubcentric spacers, they are okay. Not the ones from Midas which disintegrate.

Have seen 1st hand the **** my buddy had with his car when the spacer failed, was with him in the car, jip, it was a cheapo. Put me off from spacers since the experience - think I will rather opt for other wheel options / reps that will fit without the use of spacer.

I see, that's why one should use proper quality spacers.

Each to their own I guess

Bb7's RS Rims & Midas Spacers worked well when I had the RS Rims on no issues but Long Term i guess Machined/Hub Centric Spacers would be better as it needs a bit more width.

After time those Midas spacers really just fall apart.
