ST250 Cylinder head replacement
Morning all,
My ST250 suffered a major breakdown and ended up with a cracked cylinder head. Where can I find a replacement cylinder head either than at the OEM? The company that tested the cylinder head is saying it's scrap and I need a new head.

There was a leak within the coolant system. Pressure test showed a leak on the coolant hose. This happened after a service at the oem.

Quick update: cylinder head purchased from fraud for R17774. being replaced out of warranty.
Hopefully this will be a learning for others to get the oem to constantly check the cooling system and ensure your fluids are topped up at all times.

Geez that was an expensive lesson. Were there any signs before?

No signs really. Car drove well, boosted when required and regulated temperature up until it started to smoke and misfire due to the crack. I don't recall other signs of deterioration really.
@Jo, Not a problem. I realize now I should have searched the classifieds more thoroughly. Only saw your post when I had already given Fraud the go ahead.

Re: ST250 Cylinder head replacement
Thats a little scary.... i would have assumed that there would be some signs like the oil and water mixing or some overheating. Anyway glad you got it back on the road though.
Thanks for the heads up
