I actually forgot I posted this thread.

I run Race+ with my mods as a daily drive nowadays.

I did find when my EGT's were hotter the hesitation/pause would be less pronounced. Have also changed from DS intake to GGR intake and visa versa and it always had the same issue.

Can you PM me please evolution.

Whats the difference by PM only and just posting the solution on here, the okes you are giving the solution to are in anyway going to tell people how the problem was solved

Morning Gents

Ive read this post from the beginning to the End. Im currently sitting with a customers car experiencing similar issues. We running the following Mods

FMIC
CAI
Full Zorst
Devils Own Progressive
Forge Actuator
Forge Recirc Valve
Stage 2 Software
(Experimenting with a GFB controller)

For some reason when I plant the car at exactly 3000rpm boost drops and throttles are closing same as mentioned in the thread. Opening to 86% and dropping down to approx 25 - 35%

I have replaced the Recirc Valve to the Stock one as I thought this was the Problem. After repeating this exercise 3 times i have now agreed its not the recirc valve. Ive even installed a Electronic Boost controller to see if it would eliminate the issue. But to my surprise its still doing the same.

Could this be the Forge actuator messing me around? this is my first time working with one and im not sure how its meant to behave or set. Ive tried to do some research on the Forge actuator fitted with a yellow spring and not much info comes up except someone wanting to sell you the thing.

please any help or assistance would be appreciated.

I have done Boost Leak tests and eliminated all leaks.
