STo has tuned 1, we have dynoed it twice and have settled to limit power to 15 kw and 50 nm with current pump fuel as well as 30 deg outside temps. We found these to ping very easily on 28 deg plus day.

It is near impossible to get the same power readings or even within a 1% range on 2 back to back runs.
intercooler will be a must do conversion

also we are doing these now through the obd port as well as the NEW St 250

we spent 1 month with a Fiesta St.... testing with various types of mapping styles....
more boost, less timing, less boost , more timing, no boost increase with only added timing, boost increase with no timing.....

we could not replicate the power achieved on our first power run again after the car has warmed up. with any of the above tuning methods. power variation around 10-12kw loss as the car warmed up

We also could get the car to ping on the dyno with a 1 deg advance with 0.2 bar increase. Though this did not happen initially on the first 3 power runs, it did show its face once inter cooler temps were registering around 65deg plus .

upon my recent visits to Germany , i met with Wolf, RH Rentechnik etc... all concentrating on Ford Tuning in Germany....
they all had the same to say.... 95 tuning we do not offer for Fiesta ST 180 Hp as well as Ford Focus ST 250 , i asked why... they said 10 kw improvement is not worth the money we charge... all there tunes are done on 102oct which is available at the pumps in Germany

so people expecting huge gains on SA pump fuel are looking for broken engines...

i have no clue how to load pics here
can anyone please post these

Yeah, but like Amien is saying here, don't expect it to give that kind of power all the time unless you upgrade the intercooler or add WMI.

So what boost does your current map run?
Do you change overboost(1.5bar stock)?

But then thats not stage 1 just software. Whats the use of making 180kw but you can only do it when conditions are perfect.
