This is how you get access to the Boobs:
Go to User Control Panel (Right hand top side) links of the Forum,
Click on Usergroups on the left hand side menu
Select the Boobs Section on the right hand side
Make sure the "Join Selected" is selected and click Submit
Now if you go to the Board Index you will see the new section.
