haha and half those prices are very out of date...

If you buy from Pumaspeed all these parts (Who are very well priced) its comes it just below R125 000 excluding the Supercharger kit (+-80k)
thats also not including Import tax. Granted most of those you can get locally for a lot cheaper. But there is no getting around that SC Kit..
Lets say you get things on special, and other stuff locally and you halved the price. you are still in for R62 500 + R40 000 thats still R100 000 you putting into a car with a book value of R70 000.

I would love to go SC, and all I need for my car is the SC kit as got all the rest, BUT its price is just insane. Stu has been working on this build for a very long time and got prices at the right price.

Just something to think about.

Buy a second car, Sell your Duratec motor and if you got the time yes you can do a engine transplant. Some guys have done the Mazda 2.3 MPS motor as its very similar (but still lots of work)

IMO Engine transplants are only worth it if you are doing 80% of the work yourself. otherwise it'll prob be cheaper to buy a M4 :P

Drop me a message we'll go from a spin in mine. you'll see the 190/190+/210 kits are epic enough and prices is still worth it.

Please let me know where you can get an M4 for the price of a fezz with an engine transplant. Will buy it tomorrow.
