New St owner

Postby Roku » Thu Aug 10, 2017 10:40 am

Hi Guys,
Wanted to introduce myself.
After owning 2 Subaru STi's, I have now landed in an 08 Focus ST.
I test drove a few GTI's and S3's but didn't really get that driver experience feedback until I took a chance and test drove the ST.
Was not into ford but thats changed as fast as I had tons of wheel spin :D I must say the amount of value in these cars vs the price you pay is really impressive.

So! Onto the car...
Mods so far is:
SAIC intercooler, SAIC intake with bmc filter, rs ecu cover, SAIC downpipe, power brake disc all round with mintex pads.
Wheels are dark greyish
It has a st2 masstronix file done by the previous owner

To do:
Change the map to FRnR ( Any one has experience with them? I'd appreciate the advice )
Power steering is making an annoying whine, gonna flush it and put liqui moly ( hope it helps )
And then some cosmetic mods:)

Ps. Is there any ST groups/owners in the centurion area? would love to chat and learn a more about the car from other owners.

Two possibilities exist: either we are alone in the Universe or we are not. Both are equally terrifying.

Thanks dude,
Just did the liqui moly fluid change ( oil + power steering )
Is there any other better than oem parts that the guys use, for example, spark plugs, hpfp, etc etc?
Also is there a shorter aerial option? Feel the oem one is so long.
