Hey man, welcome.

I fixed mine with some Q bond, will need to get the motor out of the car and then glue the little blue cog back as it shreds off the middle cylinder and just spins.
Where do you stay?

Please help me! It feels as if my poor Ford is just "going to pieces".

I have a 2003 Ford Focus 1.6 Ambiente - sedan

I am desperately looking for:

Both front door handles with locks intact AND
The driver door electric window motor.

I have always loved my Ford and she has given me such good service but things are now getting out of hand. I have to replace her engine earlier this year and now I have ride to work in the wind because I can't use the window winder.

Guys, I am new on this site (you can probably tell) but if anyone can help me I will be so very grateful. I live in Cape Town. Here they want to charge me R3500 just for the window motor and R2500 to do the locks on the doors. :-(
