Revo, Celtic or Stealth software in CPT

Postby Fuzz1 » Fri May 05, 2017 3:29 pm

So the time has finally come to do stage 1 software on the Fezz.

I know this topic has been asked to death, but now with the FiST being more mature with many guys having done the miles, I would like to re-open this question.

I like the Revo brand and the fact that I know they do local testing in SA, although I heard that Ferroli's who are the agents are not the best to deal with (apparently).

Stealth is appealing as they use the Puma Speed map, but has this map been adapted to SA conditions and fuel ?

I am not very familiar with Celtic but I see CPT now has an official re-seller.

My main concern is reliability. I am only doing stage 1 with no hardware mods. The car is still under warranty so I will need to reflash for scheduled and non-scheduled servicing.

Your advice is highly appreciated.

Thanks.

I'm based in durban so I only have the experience of dealing with Stealth HQ and Riaz.

I do lots of driving and I've had Stealth stage 1 SW since 40 000km, I'm now on 140 000km and I haven't had a single problem. I've added mods as I've gone along and never needed to tweak the SW. Makes good power and torque and has been ultra reliable.

And Riaz is always willing to help and has given me nothing but great service.

#teamrevo agreed!
Two possibilities exist: either we are alone in the Universe or we are not. Both are equally terrifying.

Go with Stealth as they have good support in CT, Revo would be an option but your local supplier is crap

stealth or revo... between cpt jozi and dbn those are the 2 that perform the best.

my preference is stealth... but the next guys preference will be revo. they are both good..before this turns into tuner wars lol
