Fiesta ST150 2006 model looking for 60mm therottle body
Hi Guys,
Does anyone know where i can find a 60mm throttle body for my Fiesta ST150 2006 model.
I have done the Duigan Brothers ST180 kit ages ago. Would like to ad the 60mm throttle body to that.
That time they did a Dreamscience One Shot tune on the car as well. Would I require a remapping if i do the Throttle Body?
need more power but dont want to turbo or charge him. Like him natural aspirated.

Hi Ben the 60mm TB are pretty scarce you might have to get from pumaspeed - what DB kit did u do ? with the 60mm tb, provided you have adaptive learning which I presume Leon left on then the bigger tb will self adjust.. oh biggest gains come from cams and udp(under drive pulley)

Hi Stu, Thanks for the reply. I might have found a Throttle Body. I Did the ST180 kit with the full miltech exhaust, Cosworth cams, Dreamcience one shot, and the cold air induction. I do Believe that they have left the adaptive learning on, the time they did it for me i asked for the race map which at the time was the Fast Road & Track option and depending on how i am driving i do notice a difference in the cars performance aswell as a rich fuel smell. what exactley would the under drive pulley do for me?

So you actually running the st190 kit then
for the ST190+ kit you will need the 60mm TB and the under drive pulley kit. I gained 7.2whp and 11nm on the wheels with the under drive kit.
ST200kit is a complete st190+ with added intake manifold and mapping

Re: Fiesta ST150 2006 model looking for 60mm therottle body
Hi Guys, I am having trouble after fitting the Throttle Body.
Every time i start the car after the second trip it goes in to Limp mode with DTC's.
A Buddy of mine at ford cleared the DTC and it happened again after the Second Trip.
I have the option to clear all learnt values and let the engine control module re learn itself again but i don't know if it would erase my Dream Science software.
any advise from someone that had the same trouble?
