Looks really good, I like the white. When I read that you did it, wasn't sure I was gonna like it but it works well.

And as always, looking forward to seeing it for real. ;)

@ Shaun

Ya you know it!

Still have to see if the paint will hold up to the heat though. I have my doughs!

If you got a heat resistant paint, then it should be fine.
Engine bay doesn't get nearly as hot as brakes for example... (Although that is special caliper paint).

Update of my 1 'ST' mod.

So with the shorter B-Sting came very, very poor FM reception. So had to do something!
I took my standard B-Sting and shortened it. Reception is a million times better.

What you will need:
Carpenters knife
Hack saw/blade
Cup off boiling water(must be a Top Gear/Stig cup)
Sunlight liquid
Teeth
Patience

Before:

First cut through the fiberglass surrounding of the antenna @ your desired length.
Saw the copper rod that is left over.

To remove the rubber/plastic cap @ the end of the original antenna you will need a cup of boiling water.

After +- 3 min in the boiling water remove the rubber/plastic cap( I used my teeth but not recommend)

No to replace the rubber/plastic cap back on to your shorted antenna I used 1 drop of Sunlight liquid to help the cap to slide over.

After:

Oh and please use some masking tape or something on the side you are going to keep before you start cutting it.
Just to prevent the black fiberglass to splinter.
