Front fan blower and Aircon

for some reason this hasn't been working since I have my car.
at each level of the fan selector is blows the same speed and same level or option.
Windscreen demister also doesn't work either. along with Air con.

Advice please to fix this

Yes..
Fiesta.. I called an Aircon repair company and they told me the cable is common for coming loose. will have it checked

I have the same/similar issue. Was it the cable that solved your problem?

Ford quoted me over 7k to replace the cable and aircon switch panel.... Surely there's an easy and cheaper way to get this manually operated aircon switch to work again?

Anyone repaired this themselves?

Update: it was just a cable that needed replacing. Did it myself, cable was cheap enough at Ford dealership and it was easy enough to replace
