Rocam owners with aircon

Postby flouwford » Sun Nov 15, 2015 8:53 pm

Anyone with a ikon or bantam 2004 and up with aircon?

I have bought a Ikon with a blown motor Tuesday. Yesterday morning i built a motor with all my parts i've been gaterhing over the years.
Motor is in, starts and runs although i have to get a new water coupling.

Besides that.
I have a single pipe running from the vent box behing the plastic firewall that has been blanked off.
And a little solinoid type of thing that has 2 open pipe ends.

Anyone that can provide more info?
Aircon doesnt come on at all. Now i do understand if gas is low it wont switch on either. But want to eliminate the single pipe and the terminal thats not connected.

Ive traced the wire that far. And all makes sense.

Now, where does the pipe go on intake to get vacuum?
