Ford Dealers Cape town

Postby HBK180I_GSE » Fri Sep 15, 2017 4:36 pm

Hi Guys

Which dealers in cape town are fine with you having simple mods such as an exhaust and allowing you to still claim on warrantees?
When I had my Auris I just had an exhaust on and Toyota were fine with it.

Good question - just bought a car from the Cape Town dealer and I'm also wondering... have you gotten any feedback yet as I see no one answered this post.

Mods - Eibach Pro-Kit, Intake , downpipe, maybe stage 1 but that is probably the furthest I would go. If the dealers were fine with it. :(

Chances are none of the dealers. Many of them paid hefty penalties in 2012 when FMCSA did special warranty audits and reversed many warranty claims previously allowed and paid for my FMCSA.

All tuners work around mods with warranty in place . it's when Ford finds out that the warranty falls away.
