Mesh-style film for tinting lights etc

Postby WTFxxxGP » Fri Jan 31, 2014 11:09 am

Hi guys,

Has anyone seen or tried this product yet? If not, what do you guys think of it?

From the little I can make out, it appears to be a vented film, which would therefore be better than lamin-x for the fog lights because they get so hot that they burn the lamin-x. I don't necessarily like the look REALLY up close, but I think the effect and the fact that they don't change your light output is brilliant.

Will look really hot on darker cars I reckon...

If anyone is interested, I'm currently enquiring about a group buy for this stuff. It's expensive, so the more we can get on board the better it'll be.

Any takers?

Approximately R900 for front OR rear lights - that's with their current pricing and that includes fitment (which we obviously need to do ourselves, so that price should reduce nicely).

Looks ok but i have seen a car with these on, and i didnt like it.
For that price and this is my opinion it is madness!

I prefer my LaminX, and if you have a HID kit you shap!
I havn't seen the LaminX burn as yet?

Bud, I've seen the lamin-x burn on 3 Fords - 2 fezz ST's and a ghia. The fog lights burn hot and eventually started forming rings on the lamin-x

I'd ideally want to see these in person first... what colour car have you seen it on?
