Steve is running a special at the moment. Think its still on.
You can pick up the 1.3 Stage 1 cam around R1100. Think its R1130 or something.

Very tempting indeed! Is that price including installation?

Re: 1.3 rocam swr cam stage 1
Installation is easy man, on the sprocket there is a triangle arrow, notice where that area is before removing, take a picture or something, then remove the sprocket first, tie a string to the chain, so it doesnt fall into the engine (coz then its another story) that bolt bolt on the sprocket is a t55 torx bit buy a socket type if you dont have one from midas or autozone, go with ampro or king tony, those automart ones are crap broke 3 in 1 day.
with the chain off and the sprocket, remove the 10 8mm bolts on the cam and lift it off, and dont just remove any bolts you see there is a way to remove them 1 and 2 being in the centre, pm me ill send u how to guide from the ford manual. remember the torque specs on all the bolts very important, very.

Re: 1.3 rocam swr cam stage 1
hey Eon,
did you lose some torque with the stage 1 cams?
Hey, no I still have my stock cams, but I heard the SWR Stage 1 cam isn't too rough so you actually gain some torque too, especially mid range.
