Engine Light

Postby sergioM » Thu Nov 27, 2014 8:39 am

Hi Guys,

I had a Revo Stage 2 Map done on my St225 on Tuesday and on my way to work the engine light came on. :(
Shouldn't the Revo Map override this parameter on the ECU ? Any other guys have experienced this with their ST225 after doing the map ?

Oh serious I though it did do that :(
Would I need to go back to the guy that did my Zorst and fit a new cat fooler maybe that's where the error lies ?

REVO 2 does turn off the CEL light - no need for a cat fooler.

He will have to scan his car for these conditions. I am sure its just an adaptation error and will be sorted once he clears out all codes.

Hi Guys,

I managed to find out that the problem was. the red clip that holds the vacuum pipe in place by the inlet manifold was broken and that's what was causing the issue.
I managed to sort that out with some silicone tape as a temp fix. Thanks to Hano he managed to get me that little clip will fit it tonight and take it from there.
