Thanks bud, I guess all of the little things will be things I don't have to worry about in the future and I will know that the car is built properly and not just "quick fixed".

Another thing, if you haven't learned it already, is every single curse word in many different languages!!
One more thing is that there will always be "something" that need to be done on a project car!

Just keep at it... well worth the blood sweat and tears in the end!

hahahaha too true, if you haven't considered throwing some petrol over the car and burning it while dancing around it then you haven't worked on a project car.

Along with no skin left on hands, stuffed finger nails, bruises, stiffness, clinical depression- it goes on lol.

There are as many health issues as there are with to-do lists on project cars lol.

Keep up the good work

  I'll just enjoy your pics and vids of when the car's rolling... Can imagine it must be an unreal feeling when it's done. I know it's a way away, but please do some pull-off/rolling runs with video footage down the line and share, would really appreciated to see. Thanks for great thread, good luck.

So plugged in spark plugs and leads, filled oil a bit more, checked water and everything for leaks,
connected battery up to start this **** up and it did :D for like 2 seconds then saw some smoke and got nervous so switched her off, phoned my builder and he assured me that it was normal due to the machining oil grease etc etc, so tired again and nothing, so de flooded the motor as it was plenty flooded by this stage as rotary motors do and still nothing, so checked for spark and only getting spark on 2 leads, so now getting a set of coils from a mate to replace mine as the coils for the leading spark plugs are done.
Yay but at least it started for like a second :)

Will post vid of the 2 sec running time, it sounds horrible because all my boost pipes are off so basically running like a NA car and throttle body is open with no pipes running to the boost pipe at the intercooler.

So in a turn of events looks like I will be getting a GT45 twin scroll turbo :)

Going to get the DP welded up and new boost pipe done once I have the turbo :)

Will post some pics later on with specs.
